Prisoners sleep on the hard cemented floor without a single bed-sheet to disguise the conditions of the hard cold floor or to use as covers, then they wake up very early in the morning to dry up the paddles of water that always accumulate overnight.

Yoweri Museveni returned six months later after Rwigyema had captured Fort Portal and Kasese.
